December this year was a wonderful whirlwind! We had Special Meetings, lots of company, Holiday Celebrations, brought home our new puppy, and took a trip to Thompson Falls to ring in the new year. Staying so busy really makes the days easy to look forward to, and the long, cold winter pass more quickly.
We are LOVING our sweet, sweet six month old girl! She is such a joy - she wakes up happy, rarely cries, and is learning so much!

There's a reason that we weren't meant to have children 6 months apart! On Christmas Day we brought home our new puppy! We named him Logger - seemed fitting to carry on the Buckingham legacy, and, he already is usually found chewing on a stick. The first few nights were pretty rough, with both babies waking up every two hours, and never on the same hour!

Uncle Brian came for Special Meetings and stayed with us - Lexie loves him, as you can see from the great face scratching she's giving him!
We spent Christmas with our Benedict family. I'm not sure if Lexie or Logger was more popular with everyone!

We headed to Thompson Falls for a couple nights to usher in the New Year. This last one has been the best year ever! So thankful for all that we've been given!

Wish we could have seen logger as a puppy! He grew up so fast. I need to go for a soak in that hot tub at your parents. Might have to do that this weekend! Can't wait for a Lexie snuggle. She really changed from 6-9 months so I am scared about how much I missed from 9-12. Love your fill in the blank
